Yes, our water and ice vending machines are open 24/7 and are well lit, so you can stop by at any moment of the day to get ice. The access to the machines is very easy and there is designated parking for the ice machines.
No, we only take $1 and $5 dollar bills.
Once you pay, it should take well under a minute to get your ice bag. Some times randomly the machine might take a bit longer to dispense the ice bag
Our machines continuously produce ice and are designed to maintain an available supply. During periods of unusually high demand, the machine may temporarily need time to produce additional ice.
Our machines are adjustable and compatible to most water containers. Although you will get the best experience with 5, 4, 3 and 1 gallon containers.

Our ice bags have a built-in self-tie feature. Simply follow the precut lines near the top of the bag—rip along these lines, and use the bag’s own plastic to tie a secure knot. No extra materials needed.

Qualifying addresses are generally located within approximately a 20-minute drive from either our Fort Myers or Lehigh Acres location. This defines the service area and is not a guaranteed delivery time.
